Ash Bash was conceived by members of the Central Somerset Group, as a means of socialising during the darker months.
Using their portable layout "Dreckly" a 16mm 32mm gauge design, Members and their visitors have the opportunity to run trains, without getting cold or wet whilst putting the world to rights.
As an added interest there are often 009 Scale layouts on display and there is also generally trade support provided by Simon Whenmouth of Anything Narrow Gauge.
